Thank you for supporting Force2Be and K-BAE. Due to the nature of professional beauty products, digital educational materials, and training services, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including PDFs, e-books, guides, templates, downloadable content, videos, and online educational materials are final sale and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase.

TRAININGS, COURSES & MENTORSHIPS

All training enrollments, mentorships, coaching sessions, classes, workshops, deposits, and educational programs are non-refundable.

If a student cannot attend a scheduled training, transfer or rescheduling options may be available at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & KITS

Due to sanitation and safety regulations, lash lift products, lash extension products, adhesives, kits, and beauty supplies cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

Unused products may be eligible for review if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The incorrect item was received
• The item arrives defective

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and order information.

SHIPPING

Force2Be is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost packages marked as delivered, weather delays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY + CHARGEBACK POLICY

Unauthorized downloading, copying, sharing, reproducing, or distributing educational materials does not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks initiated after receiving products, digital content, course access, or educational materials may be disputed with documentation confirming delivery and acceptance of these policies.
